Its Pokémon Power, Baby Evolution, lets you evolve it into Chimecho from your hand once per turn and heal all damage from Chingling when doing so. Its attack Inviting Bell searches your deck for a Supporter card and puts it into your hand, providing immediate deck tutoring support.
