Shuffle your deck afterward. Then, draw that many cards. This power can't be used if Blissey is affected by a Special Condition.
Does 20 damage plus 10 for each Energy attached to Blissey. Before doing damage, you may search your discard pile for a basic Energy card and attach it to Blissey.

Blissey (dp2-5 Holofoil) is a Stage 1 Colorless Pokémon printed as a Rare Holo. Its Poké-Power Kind Egg lets you place up to a number of cards from your hand on top of your deck equal to the Energy attached to Blissey when Happiny is under it, then shuffle and draw that many cards. Its attack Happy Chance deals 20 plus 10 more for each Energy attached and lets you search your discard pile for a basic Energy to attach before dealing damage.
