It has Tail Whap for 10 damage and Throw Off which deals 20 damage to a chosen opponent's Pokémon and discards all Pokémon Tool cards attached to that Pokémon before dealing damage. Its low retreat cost and Fighting weakness make it a lightweight, flexible early-game attacker or utility bench option.
