Its effect lets you switch your Active Pokémon with one of your Benched Pokémon and it benefits from the rule that you may play any number of Item cards during your turn. The card is a non-attacking support card with no abilities or attacks and has zero retreat cost, making it primarily a mobility tool in decks.
