Rare Candy (me1-175 Holofoil) is a Trainer — Item card from the Mega Evolution expansion. It lets you put a Stage 2 card from your hand directly onto a Basic Pokémon, skipping the Stage 1, with the restriction that it cannot be used on your first turn or on a Pokémon that was just played. The card is an Ultra Rare holofoil print and follows the Item rule allowing any number of Items to be played in a turn.
