Its Riptide attack deals 20 damage for each Basic Water Energy card in your discard pile and then shuffles those energies back into your deck. Its Swirling Waves attack deals 130 damage but requires discarding two Energy from Kyogre, giving it a high-damage option with an energy drawback.
