Mega Charizard X ex (mep-23) is a Fire-type MEGA Stage 2 Pokémon promo from the Mega Evolution Black Star Promos expansion. Its attack Inferno X lets you discard any amount of Fire Energy from among your Pokémon to deal 90 damage per card discarded. As a Mega Evolution ex, it uses the Mega Evolution ex rule where your opponent takes three Prize cards if it is Knocked Out.
