Celebratory Fanfare (mep-28 Asia Championship Stamp) is a Trainer — Stadium promo from the Mega Evolution Black Star Promos. Once during each player’s turn, that player may heal 10 damage from each of their Pokémon, but if they do heal this way their turn ends; only one Stadium may be in play at a time. The card functions as a standard Stadium card and is played next to the Active Spot until another Stadium replaces it.
