Warp Point (dp5-88, Uncommon) is an Item Trainer card from the Majestic Dawn set. Its effect forces the opponent to switch their Defending Pokémon with one of their Benched Pokémon if able, then lets you switch your Active Pokémon with one of your Benched Pokémon if able. This card is useful for disrupting opponent setups and enabling your own switching or retreat tactics.
