Piplup (dp5-72) is a Basic Water Pokémon common from the Majestic Dawn expansion. Its attack Splatter costs one Water and deals 10 damage to any one of your opponent's Pokémon with damage that ignores Weakness and Resistance. It also has a Pecha Berry rule that removes Poison from itself at the end of each player's turn, offering simple status mitigation.
