Palkia (dp5-11 Holofoil) is a Water Basic Pokémon from the Majestic Dawn set printed as a rare holo. Its Zone Shift attack forces your opponent to switch their Active Pokémon with one on the Bench, while Pearl Blast can return an Energy from each active Pokémon if you choose to bounce an Energy from Palkia. It also has the Lustrous Orb rule that increases its attack damage by 20 against Pokémon weak to Water, and it carries a three-colorless retreat cost and a Lightning weakness.
