Spell Tag (Reverse Holofoil)

Description

Spell Tag (sm8-190 Reverse Holofoil) is a Pokémon Tool Trainer card from the Lost Thunder expansion. It attaches to a Psychic Pokémon without an existing Tool and, if that Pokémon is Knocked Out by opponent's attack damage, places four damage counters anywhere on the opponent's Pokémon. This card also confirms the Item card rule allowing unlimited Item plays during your turn (before your attack).
