Its Memory Melt attack lets you look at your opponent's hand and put a card you find there into the Lost Zone, and its Psychic attack does 60 damage plus 20 more for each Energy on the opponent's Active Pokémon. It has a ×2 weakness to Grass and a retreat cost of two Colorless Energy which affects its play and switching decisions.
