Lugia-GX (sm8-207 Holofoil) is a Colorless Basic Pokémon-GX from the Lost Thunder set and a Rare Ultra. It has a variable Psychic attack that scales with the opponent's Energy attachments, a high-damage Pelagic Blade (with a self-lockout on next-turn use), and the game-changing Lost Purge-GX that sends the opponent's Active and attached cards to the Lost Zone. Its GX status means knocking it out awards the opponent two Prize cards and you may only use one GX attack per game, defining its high-risk, high-reward role in decks.
