Its first attack, Electrocharge, lets you search your deck for up to two Lightning Energy and attach them to Electivire, then shuffle your deck. Its second attack, High-Voltage Knuckle, deals 190 damage but requires discarding three Energy from this Pokémon and four retreat cost makes it a heavy-commitment attacker.
