Ampharos (sm8-78) is a Lightning-type Stage 2 Pokémon from the Lost Thunder set and is printed as Rare Holo. It has the Unseen Flash Ability that lets you send two Lightning Energy from your hand to the Lost Zone to Paralyze the opponent's Active Pokémon once during your turn. Its attack, Split Bomb, deals 50 damage to two of your opponent’s Pokémon, targeting multiple Pokémon on the opponent’s field.
