Box of Disaster (swsh11-154) is a Trainer card printed as an Item and Pokémon Tool in the Lost Origin expansion. When attached to a Pokémon V that is at full HP and then Knocked Out by an opponent's attack, it places 8 damage counters on the Attacking Pokémon. The card also notes the general Item rule allowing any number of Item plays and specifies it attaches to a Pokémon that does not already have a Pokémon Tool.
