Its Drought attack lets you attach up to two basic Fighting Energy from your hand to one of your Pokémon, and Major Earthquake deals 100 damage to the Defending Pokémon while discarding two Fighting Energy from Groudon and dealing 10 damage to each of your Benched Pokémon.
