Description

Lugia-EX (bw11-102-Holofoil) is a Basic Team Plasma Colorless Pokémon-EX from the Legendary Treasures expansion. Its Overflow Ability awards one extra Prize card when it knocks out an opponent's Pokémon, and its Plasma Gale attack deals 120 damage but requires discarding a Plasma Energy or the attack does nothing. That combination makes it a high-damage finisher that trades extra Prize consequences and an energy discard for burst damage.
