Deino (bw11-97, League 2nd Place Stamp) is a Basic Dragon-type Pokémon from the Legendary Treasures expansion. It has the Deep Growl attack that can Paralyze for no damage and Power Breath which deals 30 damage but requires discarding an Energy from itself. Its modest stats, two-colorless retreat cost, and common rarity make it a simple low-cost attacker or status inflicter in casual lists.
