Flygon ex (ex12-87) is a Colorless Stage 2 Pokémon-ex from the Legend Maker expansion and prints as Rare Holo EX. It has the Poké-Power Emerge Charge which lets you attach up to two Energy from your discard pile to it when you evolve it from hand. Its attacks include Reactive Blast, which scales by discarding React Energy, and a high-cost Dragon Claw dealing 100 damage, making it both an energy-recursive setup and a big attacker.
