Hop's Cramorant (sv9-138) is a Basic Colorless Pokémon from the Journey Together expansion. Its attack Fickle Spitting deals 120 damage but only works if the opponent has exactly three or four Prize cards remaining, otherwise it does nothing. Because of that strict condition it serves mainly as a situational late-game finisher rather than a consistent early attacker.
