When attached to a Pokémon whose name includes "Hop," its attacks cost one Colorless less and deal 30 more damage to the opponent's Active Pokémon before Weakness and Resistance. As a Tool, it follows regular attachment limits of one Tool per Pokémon and remains attached until removed.
