Abilities, attacks, weakness & resistance
As often as you like during your turn (before your attack), you may move a Water Energy attached to 1 of your Benched Pokémon to your Active Pokémon. This power can't be used if Blastoise is affected by a Special Condition.
Return 2 Water Energy attached to Blastoise to your hand. Choose 1 of your opponent's Pokémon. This attack does 100 damage to that Pokémon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)

Blastoise (hgss2-13 Expansion Staff Stamp) is a Stage 2 Water Pokémon from HS—Unleashed. It has the Poké-Power Wash Out, which lets you move a Water Energy from a Benched Pokémon to your Active Pokémon as often as you like during your turn, and its attack Hydro Launcher returns two Water Energy to your hand to deal 100 damage to any one of your opponent’s Pokémon. Its role in a deck is energy acceleration and targeted high-damage output at the cost of returning Energy and a three-retreat cost limiting mobility.
