Raichu (hgss3-83) is a Lightning-type Stage 1 Prime from HS—Undaunted. It has the Poké-Power Voltage Increase that lets you move a Lightning Energy from one of your Pokémon to Raichu as often as you like during your turn, and the attack Mega Thunderbolt that does 120 damage but requires discarding all Energy attached to Raichu. Its single Colorless retreat cost, Fighting weakness, and Metal resistance define its basic matchup and mobility considerations.
