Dimension Transfer lets you flip a coin once per turn to potentially retrieve a Trainer from your discard pile and place it on top of your deck, but it cannot be used while Porygon-Z is affected by a Special Condition. Its attack Suspicious Beam β costs three Colorless and deals 80 damage but forces Porygon-Z to take 20 self-damage and become Confused if it has no Rainbow Energy attached.
