Rare Candy (ex13-90) is an Item Trainer card from the Holon Phantoms set illustrated by Jun Hasebe. Its effect lets you choose a Basic Pokémon you control and immediately put a Stage 1 or Stage 2 card from your hand that evolves from it onto that Basic Pokémon, counting as its evolution. This card accelerates evolving lines by skipping the usual requirement to have evolved in prior turns, enabling quicker access to stronger evolved Pokémon.
