Rare Candy (ex13-90, Uncommon) is a Trainer—Item card from the Holon Phantoms expansion. It lets you choose a Basic Pokémon you control and immediately evolve it by placing a Stage 1 or Stage 2 from your hand onto it, with that placement counting as an evolution. This effect accelerates evolution timing and can bypass normal Stage progression in a deck-building or in-game strategy context.
