Description

Kabutops δ (ex13-9 Reverse Holofoil) is a Stage 2 Delta Species Lightning Pokémon from Holon Phantoms. Its attacks are Vital Drain, which heals Kabutops by removing up to seven damage counters and all Special Conditions if it knocks out the Defending Pokémon, and Thunderous Blow, which does 40 plus 10 more damage for each Lightning Energy attached.
