Description

Misty's Water Command (sm115-63 Holofoil) is a Rare Holo Trainer with the Supporter subtype from the Hidden Fates expansion. When played, it lets you move any number of Water Energy from your Pokémon to specific Water targets such as Psyduck, Horsea, Staryu, Starmie-GX, Magikarp, Gyarados, or Lapras. That energy redistribution is used to concentrate resources for key attacks or to enable GX attack requirements and evolution lines.
