Lapras (hgss1-24 Reverse Holofoil) is a Basic Water-type Pokémon from the HeartGold & SoulSilver set with artwork by Suwama Chiaki. It has two attacks: Ice Beam that deals 20 damage and can Paralyze on a coin flip, and Ice Blade which can deal 30 damage to any one of the opponent's Pokémon. Its stats include a ×2 weakness to Metal and a two Colorless retreat cost, giving it moderate mobility and vulnerability considerations in match play.
