This is Erika's Perfume (printed 110/132) from the Gym Heroes expansion, a Trainer card illustrated by Ken Sugimori. When played you look at your opponent's hand and may move any Basic Pokémon you find there onto their Bench, subject to Bench space. The effect can disrupt hand resources and accelerate your opponent's board state in ways that may be tactically exploited or mitigated by deck building.
