Description

Surge's Raichu (gym2-11 Unlimited Holofoil) is a Lightning-type Stage 1 Pokémon from the Gym Challenge set. It has two attacks: Kerzap which deals 20 damage and can deal an extra 30 while discarding its Lightning Energy on a heads flip, and Thundertackle which deals 40 but risks 20 self-damage on a tails flip while potentially Paralyzing the opponent. Its role in deck play is an aggressive attacker with coin-flip risk and a two-colorless retreat cost.
