Erika's Kindness (103/132, Unlimited) is a Rare Trainer card from the Gym Challenge expansion. Its effect removes two damage counters from each Pokémon that currently has any damage counters. Because it affects both players' Pokémon, it can be used either to heal your own team defensively or to delay opponents' knockouts for tactical positioning.
