Wishiwashi-GX (sm2-38-Holofoil) is a Water-type Basic Pokémon-GX from the Guardians Rising set and is printed as a Rare Holo GX. It has a low-cost Water Gun for small damage, a heavy Torrential Vortex that discards an opponent's Special Energy and deals 120 damage, and a Blue Surge-GX that moves all Energy from this Pokémon to your Benched Pokémon for a powerful GX effect that deals 220 damage. Debuted in the Guardians Rising expansion as a Basic GX Pokémon.
