It has a small-attack Water Gun, a powerful Torrential Vortex that deals 120 damage and discards a Special Energy from the opponent's Active Pokémon, and a Blue Surge-GX that moves all Energy from this Pokémon to your Benched Pokémon. With a three-cost retreat and GX status (losing two Prizes if knocked out), it functions as an energy-moving and heavy-damage attacker for Water decks.
