Wally (RC27) is a Supporter Trainer card from the Generations set that allows you to search your deck for a card that evolves from one of your Pokémon and put it onto that Pokémon, counting as that Pokémon’s evolution. The card can be used on your first turn or on a Pokémon that was put into play that turn, and you must shuffle your deck afterward. This is limited by the rule that you may play only one Supporter card during your turn, so it is typically used to accelerate evolution lines early or to finish an evolution immediately.
