Genesect V (swsh8-185 Holofoil) is a Metal-type Basic Pokémon V from the Fusion Strike expansion. It has the Fusion Strike System Ability that lets you draw up to the number of Fusion Strike Pokémon you have in play once per turn and a single attack, Techno Blast, dealing 210 damage but preventing this Pokémon from attacking on your next turn. As a Pokémon V it follows the V rule where knocking it out gives the opponent two Prize cards, making it a high-risk, high-reward attacker for aggressive Metal decks.
