Its Push Down attack for two Colorless can force the opponent to switch their Active with a Benched Pokémon, and Twister Throw for three Colorless does 60 damage plus 60 more if you have the same number of cards in hand as your opponent. The card has Lightning weakness, Fighting resistance, and a one Colorless retreat cost, giving it straightforward tradeoffs for deck placement.
