Its Thunderstorm attack requires four Lightning, does 40 base damage and can hit each of the opponent's Benched Pokémon on coin flips while risking self-damage for tails. It carries Fighting resistance of -30 and a two-colorless retreat cost that affect matchup decisions and mobility in battle.
