It has the Silent Waves Ability that removes opponents' Resistance if Azelf is in play and an attack, Mind Splash, that deals 20 damage and gains +50 if Uxie is on your Bench. Its single retreat cost and Psychic weakness make it a lightweight support or aggro option in decks that use the Lake Guardians synergies.
