It has two attacks: Psychic Abduction, usable only if you go second on your first turn to shuffle one of your opponent's Benched Pokémon and its attached cards into their deck, and Hypnoblast, which deals 10 damage and puts the opponent's Active Pokémon to Sleep. The card is Uncommon with a single Colorless retreat cost and a Psychic weakness.
