Description

Blastoise ex (ex6-104) is a Water-type Stage 2 Pokémon-ex from the FireRed & LeafGreen set illustrated by Hikaru Koike. It has the Poké-Power Energy Rain, which lets you attach Water Energy from your hand to any of your Pokémon during your turn at the cost of placing one damage counter on that Pokémon. Its Hyper Whirlpool attack deals 80 damage and can force repeated coin flips to discard Energy from the Defending Pokémon, making it a control-oriented heavy hitter that trades being an EX for stronger effects.
