Description

Power Memory (xy10-108, Reverse Holofoil) is a Pokémon Tool from the Fates Collide set that attaches to a Pokémon that doesn't already have a Tool. When attached to Zygarde-EX, that Pokémon can use the card's attack All Cells Burn, which deals 200 damage but requires discarding three Energy from the Pokémon. As an Item/Tool card it can be played during your turn and enables a high-damage option for decks built around Zygarde-EX.
