Power Memory (xy10-108) is a Pokémon Tool from the Fates Collide set designed to attach to a Pokémon that doesn't already have a Tool. When attached to Zygarde-EX, that Pokémon can also use the All Cells Burn attack, which deals 200 damage but requires discarding three Energy as part of its cost. This card is an Item subtype and follows normal Trainer rules allowing Items to be played during your turn before attacking.
