When attached to a Pokémon V with "Sylveon" in its name, it reduces the number of Prize cards the opponent takes if that Pokémon V is Knocked Out by an opponent's attack. It follows normal Item rules and attaches to a Pokémon that doesn't already have a Pokémon Tool attached, letting you play any number of Item cards during your turn.
