Its main attack, Teraspark, costs two Lightning and one Colorless, deals 120 damage to the Active Pokémon, and also does 40 damage to two of the opponent's Benched Pokémon if you discard all Lightning Energy from Regieleki. The card also has a smaller Colorless attack, Static Shock, and a retreat cost of two Colorless.
