Description

Rapid Strike Scroll of the Flying Dragon (swsh7-153) is a Rapid Strike Item Pokémon Tool Trainer card. When attached to a Rapid Strike Pokémon it allows that Pokémon to use the card's Meteor attack, which discards two Energy from this Pokémon to deal 90 damage to any of your opponent's Pokémon. Because Meteor can target Benched Pokémon, the Tool provides a way to pressure or remove non-active targets while being playable alongside other Item cards.
