When the Pokémon V this card is on has Espeon or Umbreon in its name, it prevents effects of opponent Supporter cards that would affect that Pokémon. The card also allows playing any number of Item cards and must be attached to a Pokémon that doesn't already have a Pokémon Tool, making it a niche support piece for Espeon/Umbreon V builds.
