Medicham V (swsh7-185) is a Basic Rapid Strike Pokémon V from the Evolving Skies set and printed as a Holofoil Rare Ultra. Its Yoga Loop attack can place two damage counters on an opponent's Pokémon and grants an extra turn if that attack knocks out the target, though it cannot be used if another Pokémon used Yoga Loop on your previous turn. Its Smash Uppercut deals 100 damage for three energy and ignores Resistance, with the card subject to the Pokémon V rule of the opponent taking two Prize cards if it is Knocked Out.
